Return and Refund Policy
AtΒ Great Bharat Electronics, we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity and quality assurance. Due to the technical nature of our products, our return and replacement policy is designed to protect both parties from misuse and installation-related errors.
π 30-Day Replacement Warranty
- Eligible items are covered under a 30-day replacement warranty only.

- Motherboards
- Power Supply Boards / SMPS
- Inverter PCB Boards
- T-con Boards
- Any other PCB or electronic board
- FFC Cables
- LVDS CablesΒ
- IR SensorsΒ
- Wi-fi Modules
β οΈ Purchase Terms
Please read all product descriptions and warranty details carefully before placing your order. Replacement eligibility is valid only for items explicitly marked as such in their respective product pages. A video demonstrating the defect at the time of installation is mandatory for replacement processing.
Shipping costs for both forward and reverse transit must be borne by the customer, even during the warranty period.
π« Non-Returnable Products
- T-con Boards
- Scaler PCB Boards
- Universal/China-made Boards or items
These items are strictly not covered under warranty, replacement, or refund. Orders placed for these products are final.
π Incorrect or Unwanted Orders
If a customer orders the wrong item or discovers another issue in the TV after installation, but the product supplied by us is functional:
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted.
- Only 70% of the item value will be refunded (excluding shipping charges).
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to further deductions.
Important: If the customer wants to avail this refund facility, they must report the return request within 7 days of delivery. Beyond 7 days, the company will review the case on a discretionary basis. Higher deductions (more than 30%) may be applied, or the company reserves the right to reject the return request entirely.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service for all returns.
However, please note: This refund facility does not apply to China Boards, T-con Boards, or Scaler PCB Boards, as these items are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable.
π οΈ Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is received damaged, burnt, non-functional, or incorrect, the customer must inform us on the same day of delivery with a clear unedited video. Upon verification:
- A replacement will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
π Handling of FFC & LVDS Cables
FFC Cables and LVDS Cables are highly sensitive components with delicate connector pins. Any physical damage caused during installation β such as bent, torn, or broken pins β will not be acceptable under our return or replacement policy.
No returns or refunds will be allowed in such cases. Customers must take extreme care while installing these cables and ensure proper alignment and handling to avoid damage.
π Shipping Details
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery location. This cost is added to the total order and is non-refundable.
π¦ Return Timeline & Processing
- Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused.
- Once received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7β10 business days for completion of the refund process.
β Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Discounted or clearance stock
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or distributors
- Items returned without prior approval or proof of purchase/delivery

- Products damaged due to high-voltage burns are not covered under warranty.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss during return transit. Use trackable, insured shipping services.

π§ Physical Damage During Installation
Physical damage to any product during installation is strictly not acceptable. If a product is broken, cracked, burnt, or damaged due to improper handling, wrong connections, or technician negligence, such cases will not be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.
Customers are advised to ensure professional installation by qualified technicians and handle all items carefully during the setup process.
π¦ Return Shipping & Packaging Responsibility
Whether the customer sends the item back on their own or a reverse pickup is arranged by us, it is the customerβs responsibility to ensure proper and secure packaging. If the returned item is received in a damaged condition due to improper packing, no refund will be issued. The customer must coordinate directly with the courier company to claim any applicable compensation.
π³ Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the payment.
Note: Refunds will only be initiated after the returned item is physically received at our store and successfully passes quality inspection by our store team. If there is any delay in reverse delivery, the customer must wait patiently. No advance refunds will be processed under any circumstance before the item is received and verified.
