Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General
Subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, discrepancies may occur. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the restocking or refund of the remaining items.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These charges are collected with the purchase and represent the final shipping cost.
3. Returns
Please review product-specific return eligibility in the product description.
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
- No returns are accepted for spare parts such as Motherboards, SMPS, T-Con Boards, PCBs, etc.
- For eligible items, returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
- Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- Return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer.
- Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Warranty eligibility is clearly mentioned on product pages.
- For approved warranty claims, one of the following will be offered (if applicable):
- Replacement of the product (if in stock)
- Refund or store credit is not applicable for spare parts
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 days.
4.2 International Transit Time
International deliveries take 4–22 days depending on courier and destination.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday. National holidays may affect dispatch timelines.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via postal services only, not through private couriers.
4.6 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you and hold the remaining order until restocking, or dispatch available items first based on your preference.
4.7 Delivery Delays
If your shipment is delayed, please contact us to initiate an investigation with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
You will receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If the parcel is visibly damaged, please reject it at delivery. If received without your presence, contact customer service immediately for next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 GST
All prices include applicable GST/taxes.
7.2 Import Duties
International orders are prepaid for import duties — no extra payment required upon delivery.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If already dispatched, refer to our return policy.
9. Insurance
9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will initiate a replacement once the courier completes their damage claim investigation.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement will be sent to you immediately.
